“No” is a complete sentence.

Try it sometime. 
It’s amazing how easy it was at, probably 2 or 3 to just be all, like, “no!” randomly and for everything and probably even for things that I meant to say “yes!” to. But somewhere between there and here I have become a pleaser, hedging my thoughts with, “I think …” and “We might …” and the “What about if you …” 
I know I am not alone in this, it’s especially common for women. But dang it, I am 40licious and today I will just say “no.” And I don’t need a reason.
Say it with me.
“No.”
